One thing we manage to do more often than we should is book last minute holidays to places we’ve dreamt about visiting for years. This time it was to Menorca, one of the Balearic Islands just off the coast of Spain, and with the party island of Ibiza (that we’ve all heard about) just across the water, we weren’t sure what to expect. The view from the plane window gave very little away, but once we landed we knew we had a great week ahead of us.
This was our favourite beach in menorca. Its called Cala Del Pilar and its tucked away on the north of the island. Although its quite the trek, the long walk there its more than worth it! You can read more about this little slice of Mediterranean heaven here.
